The caesar salad at Siena Restaurants in Rhode Island gets rave reviews. But its significance goes much deeper, to the heart of family, the heartbreak of grieving, and the hope that can come from the love that's left behind. Here, Siena Restaurants co-owner Chef Anthony Tarro shares the story of his father's famous caesar salad recipe and the meaning it had for his family, his father's experience with Alzheimer's disease, and how he and his family continue to fight back against the disease in his name, even after his passing.
