Given that diseases present differently in different patients, it is critical to study diverse populations.

 

On March 1, Brown University hosted a virtual panel discussion on the topic featuring Memory and Aging Program Director and Brown professor or Neurology and of Psychiatry and Human Behavior Stephen Salloway, MD as well as Don Dizon, MD, Professor of Medicine and Taneisha Wilson, MD, Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine. The discussion was moderated by Brown University Diversity Fellow Gisel Bello MD’22.
