Memory cafés provide a place for those living with Alzheimer's and dementia, along with their caregivers, to come together socially to enjoy cognitive stimulation, companionship and fun! For caregivers, memory cafés can also provide some much-needed respite time.

The first memory café in Rhode Island was officially opened on June 21, 2018 by Dementia Training for Life, LLC. As of the time of this post, there are now seven memory cafés in Rhode Island, with more to come.
